The kick-off meeting of the EC Project: Centre of  Multifunctional Materials and New Processes with Environmental Impact (MISSION, Contract EC-INCO-CT-2005-016414) took place on 11.06.2005 at the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry in Sofia. Ňhe meeting was attended by the members of the Steering Committee, the members of the Advisory Board:

The Project Work Packages were presented by their leaders. The detailed discussion after the presentations helped to outline the most important tasks to be worked out. The advices of the foreign members of the Advisory Board were accepted with a special attention. The conclusion opinion was that the Project activities are well planed and that there is a good basis for the successful running of the Project.
