 The Project coordinator Prof. K. Hadjiivanov is the Director of IGIC.


Prof. Konstantin HADJIIVANOV, Ph. D., Dr. Habil. (b.1958). Director of IGIC since February 2004. Author and co-author of 125 research papers and 3 reviews. Projects: Leader of several national and 3 international research projects, incl. INTAS project of EC. Area of expertise: Environmental catalysis, Spectroscopy, Adsorption. Lecturing experience in History of Chemistry. Supervisor of 6 PhD students. International co-operation: with scientists from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, USA, Russia, a.o. Long-term research stays in Russia, Germany (Humboldt grant) and France. Invited Professor in Caen, France (1997, 2004) and Paris, France (2003). Selected recent publications:
